Traditions Health Care Acquires Omega Home Health

College Station, TX – Traditions Health Care, a leading home health and hospice provider in Texas, announced today that it purchased Omega Home Health. The company is a Medicare certified provider of home health services in Tyler, Texas. The announcement was made today by Traditions Health Care CEO, Bryan Wolfe.
